✨ Cancellation & Appointment Policy Please Read Before Booking Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I value your trust and business and kindly ask that you respect my time and scheduling policies. My goal is to provide each client with a personalized, calm, and positive experience. 🤍 Health & Wellness If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please notify me as soon as possible. I am happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are feeling better. ⏰ Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows Time is valuable, and I believe everyone’s time deserves respect. Please honor your scheduled appointment. • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). • No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). • Clients with a no-show history will be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. • No-show appointments will void any gift certificates, packages, or pre-purchased services. Appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. ⌛ Late Policy If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time. 📅 Appointment Availability If you do not see a date or time that works for you, please feel free to contact me via text or Instagram. 💳 Deposits A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.
